Gareth is an expert in his field, working as a qualified PT to the highest level for 13 years. Gareth has trained and worked in rehabilitation and GP referral working with clients with coronary disease and diabetes. Gareth loves all areas of fitness and is a fully trained mixed martial arts strength and conditional trainer and has previously owned his own martial arts studio. He is passionate about weight loss and nutritional programming as well as working with free weight and functional fitness, no two programmes are ever the same.

Hazel Dixon

Starting out at 17 stone Hazel can accredit the beginning of her journey to personal training. This kick started her lifelong goal to help others become the best versions of themselves, happier, healthier and fitter. She concentrated on training full body fitness and will always try out new exercises before making a client do them. She prides herself on listening to the individual goals, getting results through a holistic approach improving not only fitness but also confidence and happiness inside and out. She's very passionate about helping clients get the results they want and so she's constantly learning to improve her skills after qualifying just 18 months ago.

Paul Maycock

Paul prides himself on being approachable, understanding, conscientious and professional at all times. His belief is that Personal Training should be just that, training for a person, an individual. One programme or plan does not fit all. For YOU to achieve YOUR goals, you need a programme for YOU.

It’s was whilst working in the yachting industry as a commercial endorsed yacht master and crew member that Paul first began to appreciate and understand the benefits of functional training, the importance of a strong core and the rewards of training the entire body as a whole rather than a collection of individual parts. Since joining the fitness industry in 2012, Paul has transferred and adapted the training methods he learnt in yachting to fit with “everyday” life. These skills have helped his clients become more dynamic, athletic and leaner whilst improving their balance, coordination and motor skills.

Leo has been working in the fitness industry since 2013 in which time has coached 1000s of hours’ worth of sessions and helped numerous clients make impressive physique transformations. Leo has worked with a range of clients with goals ranging from sports specific, improvement of health markers, to fat loss and overall body transformations. 'My passion has always been to offer more than just personal training sessions where my clients get a tough workout go home and repeat a few days later. This is why I’m proud to refer to myself as a Coach and not just a personal trainer because I offer all my clients an individualized plan and ongoing support and accountability in every aspect of their lives’ therefore ensuring they have all the tools needed to achieve whatever goals we set. My coaching style revolves around educating, teaching and mentoring as I always want my clients to understand why and what they are doing so they can ultimately continue to progress long after we stop working together.'
